INSTRUCTIONS: To pay your rent online

  1. Click The link above "Pay Rent Online" or click this link https://payments.gozego.com/login/resident
    1. SIGNING IN FOR FIRST TIME:
      1. Fill out contact info and select your property from the drop down
        1. If you do not have a unit # leave it blank, otherwise enter it in the field labeled "Unit #"
        2. Your username will be your email that you enter
        3. Choose a password
        4. Check by agreeing to terms
        5. Click continue
    2. MAKING YOUR FIRST PAYMENT
      1. CLICK LOGO "PAYMENTS"
        1. One-Time Payments- You can set this up to make individual payments each month
        2. Auto- Pay:  This can be set up to auto deduct your rent payment each month on the day you select
      2. TO MAKE A PAYMENT:
        1. TO PAY RENT: enter amount in box labeled "LEASE PAYMENT"
        2. TO PAY A LATE FEE- use box labeled "LATE FEE'
        3. TO PAY A TENANT REPAIR- use box labeled "TENANT REPAIR"
        4. CLICK CONTINUE
      3. ENTER BANKING INFO:  Please Note- using your bank account is FREE, if you use a credit card you will be charged a processing fee based on the amount paid.
        1. MAKE SURE ALL BANKING INFO IS CORRECT TO AVOID RETURNED PAYMENTS
        2. YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, BUT IT IS SUBMITTED WITH US ONCE YOU PAY IT ONLINE.
          1. FOR EXAMPLE:
            1. Tenant's rent is due on the 27th of each month.  If they pay at 11:59 pm on the 27th their rent will be on time.
            2. Tenant's have a 3 day grace period from the 27th,  after this time the rent payment will be considered late, and charged a late fee.
      4. COMPLETE TRANSACTION: You will always be given a confirmation # for your payment and sent an e-mail once to the e-mail on each profile.  If you do not receive confirmation then your payment has not been submitted correctly.
